We stayed at Palazzo Navona for three nights and it was perfect! The location was excellent, walking distance to Piazza Novona and the Pantheon. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, helping us with restaurant reservations and holding our luggage while we traveled. The suite room was spacious and great for our family with kids. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel's modern decor was a nice touch.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Old city, close to many Roman tourist spots. The rooms are stylishly decorated and the beds are large and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, giving tips for dinners and making our stay enjoyable. The roof terrace offers a fantastic view and the breakfasts are superb.
The lack of room replenishment, including the mini bar and coffee tray, is a downside to an otherwise great hotel experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Navona. The location was perfect, close to attractions and food. The newly renovated building was beautiful, and we loved the rooftop lounge. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we needed to change our room. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were always clean with fresh towels. We were even upgraded upon arrival and received a complimentary bottle of wine and biscuits. We had a magical New Year's Eve watching fireworks from the rooftop.
Would recommend this hotel.
